Slideshow: Culinary competition at NSCC Akerley

The NSCC held a culinary competition at the Akerley Campus. Six campuses took part in it. Students were given a list on Monday morning and they had to submit a three-course menu on the following Thursday. Students had six hours to prepare their dishes. The Akerley campus team won the gold medal, the people's choice award and the Sobeys' passion for food award. Photos: Scott Lilwall.
