Friday night is all about shopping under the stars on Spring Garden Road. For university students seeking discounts, tax-free shopping, live music and hot cider, this festive Halifax strip has plenty to offer until 10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16. And if you’re a university student and remember to tote your student ID card, there are some stores offering an even bigger bargain to students than to regular shoppers. UNews took a sneak peak at a few keen shops.
