VIDEO – Dal students not interested in sugar daddies

UNews took to the Dalhousie campus today, asking students if they’d be willing to find a sugar daddy to help with high tuition costs., a dating-style website, is making national news since it released a list of the top 20 Canadian universities using their services.

The site allows wealthy people to set up profiles, meet younger people and establish “mutually rewarding agreements.”

Prospective “sugar babies” can also create profiles, outlining what they’re looking for, both financially and for companionship.

The site ranked Dalhousie 14th in new signups, with 55 new students in 2012. Toronto’s Ryerson University ranked number one, totalling 183 new signups.
